Step 1.      PURCHASE SUPPRESSOR  at  www.silencershop.com/pgs or  direct with us

   2. Complete your Silencer Shop profile  

We use  Silencer shop to house information needed to submit to the ATF  for the approval process

 Create an account at  www.silencershop.com      (smartphone compatible) 

 Your account must have the most up-to -date information -  all information must be correct

 We suggest a personal email that you will have access to, and a cell phone number to receive text 

 Purchase Trust , if needed ** Not all traditional trusts are accepted by the ATF.**  Contact Silencer Shop about Trust questions.    

Instructions will be emailed for submitting photo or download the Silencer Shop app to submit your photo directly

 Fingerprints can be done at our  Kiosk,  No charge for orders with Patriot Gun Supply.. Outside orders... Kiosk fee is $35  

 3. Create an ATF e-Forms Account   Log into https://eforms.atf.gov   (if new account scroll to bottom to “register” icon) 

 This is the ATF file used for all certifications and to view official forms

 e-Forms is the electronic submission process for the Form 4, to the ATF - no charge to create an account

ALL of your ATF profile information must match exactly to your Silencer Shop profile   

 Any incorrect information could cause the form to be denied

. A USERNAME will be assigned, and you will create your own PIN and PASSWORD -  DO NOT FORGET THIS

     * You will need this to certify your form !!!

 4.  SIGN THE DOCUSIGN    You will receive an email from Silencer Shop to review information for accuracy and sign 

  5. Watch for an email to Complete your documents to  Certify  

 Once documents are ready to be Certified, we will schedule a time so we can dedicate the time you need for this process.

This can be done remotely. We will sign in along with you,  thru a link sent to your email

 When Approved, you will receive an email, with the copy of tax stamp, marked APPROVED. We can then set up a time for pick up.
