GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms sales are final. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELED ORDERS

 If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it,  or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment.  All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.    Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:     1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.         2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.     3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.                4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.    NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.     The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

ORDER FULLFILMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Our Flat rate shipping policy only qualifies for the lower 48 states. We currently do not offer shipping to states outside the lower 48 and international. If an order is placed outside of the stated perimeters it will be cancelled and issued a restock fee. Orders cannot be processed and will be flagged as fraud if the billing and shipping address DO NOT match.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required and sales on these items are final. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. Customers are responsible and must follow all local, state and federal laws. Please research before ordering if you are unsure about your local laws.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the Patriot Gun Supply website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
• By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Patriot Gun Supply is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release .com and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Patriot Gun Supply.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Patriot Gun Supply from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased from Patriot Gun Supply, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else use of the product, my or anyone else’s storage of the product, and my or anyone else’s handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Patriot Gun Supply and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Patriot Gun Supply.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

TRADEMARKS

Patriot Gun Supply and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Patriot Gun Supply. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Patriot Gun Supply, in any manner that seeks to disparages or discredit Patriot Gun Supply or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
